I am a native of Fort Worth,TX where I graduated from Southwest High School in 2003. I attended undergrad at Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!!!) and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Social Work and a minor in Spanish. I also attended Texas A&M University at Commerce where I received a Masters in Social Work in 2009. At this time I am pursuing a second Masters in School Counseling at Dallas Baptist University.

I began my career in 2007 as a Spanish Teacher at Desoto High School. I was also an assistant coach under the leadership of Coach Rhea Reed. During my tenure at Desoto I was the facilitator of the study abroad program where I took students to Costa Rica every year. I was also the senior class sponsor for the class of 2012.

This is my 8th year coaching and I am thrilled to be the Head Volleyball Coach in Lancaster ISD. I can truly say I bleed orange! #WEBO Nation

I am currently married to my love, Vinson Smalls, and we have 2 daughters, Ryleigh and Kenzie. In my free time I enjoy traveling, shopping and going to church. I am also a member of ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA Sorority, Inc.
